TRAINEE PROGRAM

New to the industry? No problem! Our traineeships provide entry-level candidates with the fundamental knowledge required to launch their Dump Truck operator (DTO), Business Administration (Cert III & IV), or Warehouse Operations (Cert III & IV) careers. MACA’s trainee assessment centres are facilitated by our expert trainers and operators to help equip you for your first trip to site.

WHO IS IT FOR?

We have welcomed people from all walks of life into our trainee program - hairdressers, chefs, plumbers, pilots, defence force veterans, cleaners, butchers and farmers to name a few.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A passion to get into the industry and the motivation to develop your skills, knowledge and experience. You must be prepared to work long rotations (2 weeks on, 1 week off) at one of our FIFO operations.
