The Role

 

MACA is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in the Welshpool office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is integral to our broader administration function, providing essential support to the team within our Welshpool Operations.

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Enter data accurately and on time, including daily reports.
  • Processing subcontractor labour claims
  • Receipting orders
  • Reconciliation of timesheets against invoices
  • Raising of Purchase orders and invoicing for all contractors and labour hire work.
  • Help with process improvements and audits, making sure everything is recorded and completed on time.
  • Review agreed rates to invoices
  • Regular follow up with suppliers and site administrators
  • Available for adhoc site travel
  • Always act professionally, respectfully, and ethically.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar or complementary role.
  • Strong MS Office and computer skills (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • JDE and or Pronto experience highly advantageous.
  • Accounts Reconciliation experience.
  • Accurate data entry experience.
  • Sound Communication Skills
  • High Degree of Motivation and Willingness to Succeed.
  • Ability to Prioritise and Plan tasks
  • A person who is driven by process and improvement.
