The Role & Projects:
MACA is seeking skilled Blast Hole Drillers to join our team on a 2:1 roster across three key gold mining projects in Western Australia: Gruyere, Karlawinda, and Duketon South. - Gruyere Gold Project: A world-class site in Western Australia's north-eastern Goldfields, featuring state-of-the-art operations. Experience with Sandvik DP1500i, 650i & 410i, and Epiroc D65 & DML is essential to thrive at this project
- Karlawinda Gold Project: Located in the Pilbara, this modern open-pit gold operation is equipped with T45 drill rigs, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment
- Duketon South Operations: Situated in the Goldfields and running for over a decade in partnership with Regis Resources, this site also utilizes T45 drill rigs and offers a strong safety culture and innovative practices.

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Possess:
- Minimum 4 Years’ experience in a production mining open pit environment
- Epiroc T45, D65 & DML experience
- Sandvik DP1500i, 650i & 410i experience
- Highly motivated and the ability to work independently
- Have a “Can Do” attitude to safety
- Current WA drivers’ licence
