MACA Mining are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Duketon South Operations (DSO) on an 8/6 roster (DS:NS), FIFO from Perth.
The Duketon Gold Project is located in the North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia approximately 130 kilometres north of Laverton.

Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a mobile plant maintenance team in a mining production environment.
- Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
- Ensures vehicles and heavy mobile mining equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
- Daily supervision of site maintenance personnel including apprentices and sub-contractors to ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure optimal utilisation of plant and equipment to limit down time.
- Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdown or backlog as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
- Ensure all work is completed as scheduled to MACA quality and safety standards.
- Ensure that monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures are utilised to improve maintenance processes.
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.
- Mechanical Trade Qualification or similar.
- Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across surface mining equipment
- Statutory Declaration Training Supervisor Schedule 26.
- Sound knowledge of mobile plant equipment best practice and operational performance.
- Current drivers' licence. (HR Desirable)
