MACA is on the hunt for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our mining business on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth to Duketon South.

The Duketon Gold project is located in the Northeastern Goldfields of Western Australia approximately 130 kilometres north of Laverton.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and mentoring a crew of Warehouse personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of night and day-shift warehouse personnel.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across the warehouse, yard, and outbuildings.
  • Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Receive, dispatch, and track all stock entering and leaving the site.
  • Lead and facilitate toolbox meetings as required.
  • Complete tasks as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within MACA work practices.

 

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the resources sector.
  • Demonstrated experience and training in Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Experience managing a warehousing team.
  • Experience with Pronto or JDE (highly desirable).
  • A current WA driver’s licence (HR preferred).
  • A valid forklift ticket.
  • A current National Police Clearance.
