MACA are seeking a HSEQ Administrator / HSEQ Graduate looking to make their career in risk, safety and quality assurance. FIFO from Perth to Gruyere, this role reports to the HSEQ Superintendent, providing high level of support to the site-based HSEQ team.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve a blend of operational and administrative duties, ensuring that the projects mine safety management systems are running smoothly.
You will play a crucial role in risk compliance ensuring regulatory adherence and promoting a healthy culture of safety across our operations.
Located 1200km north-east of Perth, the Gruyere gold mine is an open pit operation in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualifications and/ or be studying or completed a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Previous minimum –1-2 years’ experience in a similar HSEQ Admin role within the relevant industry sector
- Highly competent across all Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with incident management databases and any exposure to HSE systems will be highly regarded.(InControl INX, SafetyCulture & PowerBi will be highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with high level of attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills, be able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload demands.
- Ability to manage sensitive, private, and confidential information and records
- Ability to work in a close knit, dynamic team environment are all pre-requisites for this role.
