MACA is now seeking a Leading Hand HD Fitter to join our maintenance team on a 2/1 roster at Gruyere Gold Project. 

 

The Gruyere Gold Project is located within the Yamarna greenstone belt approximately 200km east of Laverton in Western Australia.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Heave Diesel /Mobile Plant Trade
  • HR Class manual driver's license – desiderable
  • Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Leading Hand will possess strong mechanical skills, including fault finding and diagnosing.
  • Possess a positive leadership style, with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to pivot around priorities while providing guidance, assistance, and supervision to the maintenance team.
  • Manage performance, planning servicing, repair and preventative maintenance on all heavy mobile mining equipment.
  • Must present with a “Can Do” attitude to work health and safety.
  • Demonstrated experience as Leading Hand HD Fitter
