As a Maintenance Admin at Gruyere, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll provide administrative, reception, and general support to all site personnel, visitors, and management to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Enter data accurately and on time, including daily maintenance reports.
  • Set up and manage work orders and service packs using the AMT system for mobile equipment.
  • Keep service schedules and defect lists up to date to help keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Manage staff rosters and help organise contractor site access, travel, and accommodation.
  • Order supplies and services, raise purchase orders, and handle invoices for contractors and labour hire.
  • Raising of Purchase orders and invoicing for all contractors and labour hire work.
  • Help with process improvements and audits, making sure everything is recorded and done on time.
  • Always act professionally, respectfully, and ethically.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Australian C class driver’s licence.
  • One (1) year prior experience as a Site Administrator.
  • Exposure to mobile maintenance equipment environment.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
  • Effective organisation and planning skills.
  • Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
