MACA are seeking an experienced NPI Supervisor to join our team Gruyere on an 4/3 roster, FIFO from Perth.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Trade qualification or relevant experience in construction/mining industry.
  • Daily supervision of site construction crews ensuring all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Sound knowledge on construction methods performance to meet targets in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Strong understanding of construction of or similar to detailed earthworks, heavy vehicle workshops, concrete structures, fuel farms, wash facilities, office complexes, explosives facilities and fit-out/service reticulation and connections
  • Review and plan work with the site team to ensure construction in accordance with schedule and quality requirements.
  • Review and update project schedules with engineers and planners.
  • Lead in the establishment of a health and safety culture, leading by example, and setting the required health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for mobilisation and establishment of projects.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work within timeframes to deliver targets safely
  • Flexibility to travel to various projects across the state to support operations NPI requirements.
  • Current WA drivers' licence.
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets, personnel requirements and cost tracking.
  • Computer Literacy – skilled in use of Microsoft suite of products (Office, Outlook etc.)
  • Ensure all work is completed as scheduled to MACA quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure that monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures are utilised to improve maintenance processes.
