MACA are seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our team working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth to Gruyere.

The Gruyere gold mine is an open pit operation located 1200km north-east of Perth in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields.

Key result areas include:

 

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to site leadership, ensuring the efficient coordination of workforce planning, roster and leave management, travel logistics, executive calendars, meetings, and business correspondence.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation activities, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees and contractors while maintaining compliance with site and organisational requirements.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, oversee accurate data entry, and produce timely operational, weekly, and monthly reporting to support informed business decision-making.
  • Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes within relevant systems.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, and roster logistics.
  • Manage site supply coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Support site leadership with confidential documentation, reporting, compliance activities, and business initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion..

 

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

  • Significant experience in a senior site administration or site coordination role within the resources, mining, or heavy industry sector.
  • Demonstrated exposure to maintenance and/or production environments, with a sound understanding of site operations and workforce requirements.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, employees, contractors, and corporate stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP, payroll, workforce management, or site-based business systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
