The Role & Project

 

MACA are seeking a Site Administrator for 12 Months Fixed Term working an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth to Gruyere.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a high level of support to the site-based team across maintenance and production.

The Gruyere gold mine is an open pit operation located 1200km north-east of Perth in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Experience in a site-based administration position in the resources sector.
  • Experience across maintenance and production is preferred but not essential.
  • Roster management.
  • Data entry and preparation of reports.
  • Coordination of flights and accommodation.
  • Raise purchase requisitions.
  • Coordinate supplies – delivery to and from sites.
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
  • Current WA driver's licence.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Energetic fast learner.
