We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Drill Specialist. An opportunity to work an 8/6 roster in a dynamic business that puts “People First.”  In this role you will be able to walk off the plane directly into camp, then stay in your own allocated permanent room and have the security of your own ‘home away from home’.

Working on CAT 6250’s and Epiroc D65 predominantly, you will have the support of a full service 6 bay custom workshop and a large team more broadly with a positive ‘go-getter’ culture to get the job done.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Have extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across a variety of production drill fleet.
• Be experienced at leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Hold a current WA drivers’ licence and relevant high-risk tickets
• Lead and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
