The Role

 

MACA are seeking a permanent full-time talented Training Coordinator to join our team on an 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth to the Gruyere Gold Mine.

Located 1200km north-east of Perth, the Gruyere gold mine is an open pit operation in Western Australia’s north-eastern Goldfields.

To be successful in this role, you will:

 

  • Coordinate project training in accordance with Maintenance and Production training schedules.
  • Collaborate with departmental Superintendents and Project Management to ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
  • Organise and deliver site specific inductions and training packages.
  • Responsible for the training systems document control and records management.
  • Liaise with supervisors to ensure plant availability needed to optimise training levels.
  • Conduct productivity training with operators to assist with production KPI target management
  • Assist in Mobilisation of new project starters.

 

 

You will possess:

 

  • Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of systems development life cycle
  • Administration experience
  • Working in the mining/civil industry
  • Cert IV Training/Assessment an advantage
