As a FIFO Warehouse Supervisor at Gruyere, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring critical parts and materials are readily available. You'll be part of a close-knit and professional team, working together to support site productivity and maintain efficient supply chain processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Storepersons.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse, yard and outbuildings.
- Ensure cost effective and efficient operation of the warehouse.
- Receive and dispatch stock entering and exiting the site.
- Lead toolbox meetings.
- Carry out tasks as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
- Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar position within the resources sector.
- Experience with Pronto or JDE is desirable.
- Current WA driver's licence (HR preferred).
- Valid Forklift ticket.
- Working at Heights ticket (desirable).
- A current National Police Clearance.
