The Role & Project

MACA Mining are seeking an experienced Boilermaker Welder to join our team at our Welshpool facility.

Your main duties will include bucket repair & refurbishment, machine rebuilds, panel work, tank refurbs, general fabrication and welding. Occasionally you will also work at our Hazelmere facility.

This position is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday 06:00 – 16:00.

To be successful in this role you will possess

• Australian Recognised trade cert
• Bucket refurbishment & repair experience
• Excellent communication experience
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good knowledge and ability to follow Work health and safety procedures and policies
• Relevant tickets Forklift, EWP, Working at heights, Dogman
• Measure and mark materials for cutting, fitting, and welding
• Proficient in MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding
