The Role & Project
MACA Mining provides services to Fenix who wholly own Iron Ridge operations.
Scope of works include load and haul, drill and blast, fleet maintenance and crushing. The operation is a conventional open pit mining with clearing and grubbing for future pits.
Iron Ridge is located 600Km northeast of Perth and approx. 67Kms of the township of Cue in the Murchison region in Western Australia.
Some of fleet on this project include Komatsu PC1250’s, Komatsu HD785-7’s, T45 drills, graders, dozers and a service truck.

To be successful in this role, you will require
- HR Drivers’ licence
- Previous mine site experience as a serviceperson
- Experience servicing heavy mobile mining equipment
- Ability to operate equipment for maintenance and inspection purposes.
- Ability to monitor plant and equipment condition, identify & report oil and fuel leaks, whilst ensuring oil, grease and fuel are stocked.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge and ability to follow Work Health & Safety procedures and policies.
