MACA Interquip is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time permanent position in Maddington working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Role:

 

  • Asset management of equipment, spares, tooling, rotable spare, inventory, general stores in the Yard and stores
  • Set up, develop and maintain systems and procedures to control all items stored in the warehouse and yard
  • Receiving and Dispatching of Goods and Equipment
  • Assistance with Procurement duties including but not limited to – quotations, raising purchase requisitions and receipting
  • Assist in checking orders when they arrive to ensure they have been filled correctly and meet specifications
  • Assist in maintaining company registers
  • Manage and assist with Cranage works
  • Manage and assist with Rigging / Dogging in yard when required
  • Assist in co-ordinating logistical movements between sites and yards
  • Maintain warehouse and yard in an organised and safe manner
  • Coordinate Mobilisation and Demobilisation of equipment and plant for sites
  • Coordinate Minor repairs to plant and equipment

 

Experience and Qualifications:

 

  • Australian HR class drivers licence
  • Good computer skills 
  • Tooling/Warehousing/Logistics knowledge and experience required 
  • High Risk Work (HRW) Licene - desirable but not essential 
  • Load Restraint Training - desirable but not essential 
  • Senior First Aid - desirable but not essential 
  • Test & Tagging Ticket - desirable but not essential
