MACA Interquip is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time permanent position in Maddington working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Asset management of equipment, spares, tooling, rotable spare, inventory, general stores in the Yard and stores
- Set up, develop and maintain systems and procedures to control all items stored in the warehouse and yard
- Receiving and Dispatching of Goods and Equipment
- Assistance with Procurement duties including but not limited to – quotations, raising purchase requisitions and receipting
- Assist in checking orders when they arrive to ensure they have been filled correctly and meet specifications
- Assist in maintaining company registers
- Manage and assist with Cranage works
- Manage and assist with Rigging / Dogging in yard when required
- Assist in co-ordinating logistical movements between sites and yards
- Maintain warehouse and yard in an organised and safe manner
- Coordinate Mobilisation and Demobilisation of equipment and plant for sites
- Coordinate Minor repairs to plant and equipment
Experience and Qualifications:
- Australian HR class drivers licence
- Good computer skills
- Tooling/Warehousing/Logistics knowledge and experience required
- High Risk Work (HRW) Licene - desirable but not essential
- Load Restraint Training - desirable but not essential
- Senior First Aid - desirable but not essential
- Test & Tagging Ticket - desirable but not essential
