MACA is seeking an experienced Drill Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

Key result areas include:
- Supervise daily on-site production drill maintenance personnel, including apprentices and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Plan, prioritise, and execute unscheduled work arising from breakdowns or backlogs, as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
- Support the planning team with resourcing and inventory requirements for both short- and long-term maintenance plans.
- Liaise with OEMs and suppliers to ensure adequate site support and the timely resolution of issues, including warranty claims.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with MACA’s quality and safety standards.
- Utilise monitoring tools such as KPIs and oil analysis to drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong, demonstrable expertise in breakdowns, diagnostics, and repairs across a diverse production drill fleet.
- Proven experience leading a mobile maintenance team within a mining production environment.
- Heavy Diesel or equivalent trade qualification.
- Statutory Declaration – Training Supervisor Schedule 26.
- Current driver’s licence (HR desirable).
- Advanced understanding of drill and blast equipment.
