The Role & Project


MACA is on the hunt for a Trainer Assessor to join our mining business at McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project, working an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth. Recruitment for this project is scheduled to commence in Q4 of 2024.


The McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project is located 30km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara region of WA. The three-year project scope includes mine load and haul of up to 10 million tonnes per annum, before being transported to Roy Hill for processing.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:


  • Cert IV TAE Training and Assessment TA40116.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience operating mobile plant equipment in mining production environment.
  • Thorough understanding of Mining Regulations Act.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety highly regarded.
  • Sound knowledge of safe mining and earthmoving practices.
