The Role & Project

MACA are seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our maintenance team at Miralga Creek project. The Miralga Creek Project, owned by Atlas Iron, is situated approximately 100km from the Utah Point stockyard at Port Hedland, with production of 1.9Mtpa.

The fleet on this project consist of Komatsu 1250 excavators, 785-7 trucks, Cat dozers, Cat graders and T45 drills – Light vehicles include Toyota hilux, landcruiser, Hiace bus & Isuzu small trucks.

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Possess:

• Certificate III in Automotive Electricial Technology
• Air Con Ticket
• Experience working on Heavy mobile mining equipment – CAT, Komatsu, , Epiroc etc
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing adjustments, troubleshooting and timely repair of heavy mobile plant equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• HR Drivers Licence preferable
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies
