The Role
MACA is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Miralga Creek Iron Ore project on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
- Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across all mobile fleet.
- Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
- Hold a current WA drivers’ licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
- Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
