MACA are seeking a Crushing Superintendent for a permanent full-time position on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.
Reporting to the Crushing Operations Manager, you are responsible for running a safe and efficient site whilst satisfying client requirements. You will plan, lead and monitor the Crushing team to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain and manage systematic routine maintenance and schedule a preventative maintenance program.
- Monitor wear parts life (crusher and screen consumables) and report costs on a monthly basis.
- Monitor equipment condition to ensure mechanically sound and efficient operation.
- Daily supervision and coordination of crushing, maintenance and contracting personnel.
- Managing costs against budgets.
- Positive working relationships are established and maintained with the client.
- Provide effective management and administration of the Crushing project in order to achieve the desired production targets in a safe and efficient manner.
- Forecast medium to long-term crushing development and evaluate progress against set objectives.
- Working in conjunction with MACA and client management on site, determine the requirements for plant, equipment and labour to ensure efficient utilisation.
- Provide accurate, timely & effective progress reports to the Client and internally to MACA management.
- Provide coaching / mentorship and feedback for subordinates.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Supervisory experience in Crushing operations.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a Crushing environment.
- Highly motivated and the ability to work independently.
- Sound knowledge of safe crushing practices.
- Current WA drivers’ licence.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
