MACA Infrastructure are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our modern head office based in Melbourne, moving to around Greensborough within 6-12 months. The position will be responsible for providing high level administration across all commercial, and contractual areas within the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake reviews of supplier commercial terms and conditions to ensure they suitably protect MACA interests and are in accordance with MACA’s policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Apply processes for bonds, guarantees, warranties and insurances
  • Maintain Bank Guarantee Register
  • Review and maintain project insurances to ensure contractual compliance
  • Maintain Parent Company Guarantee Register
  • Co-ordinate PPSR registrations under guidance from the plant and commercial teams
  • Maintain PPSR Register
  • Assist project teams with pre-contractual administration
  • Provide support and guidance to project teams in the administration of subcontract agreement
  • Assist with Subcontractor pre-qualifications
  • Contract document control
  • Assist commercial team with day-to-day administration tasks
  • Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary Qualifications not essential but preferred
  • Strong MS Office and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Sound Communication Skills
  • High Degree of Motivation and Willingness to Succeed
  • Ability to Prioritise and Plan tasks
  • A person who is driven by process and improvement.
