The M80 Ring Road Alliance (comprising of MACA, Acciona and AECOM) has been selected to design and construct the M80 Ring Road Completion Project. We are seeking to appoint a Site Administrator to join our team based at our Collingwood office. 

This package of works covers the design and construction of the North East Link between the M80 - Plenty Rd interchange, and the north tunnel entrance at Watsonia. Works include three kilometres of new freeway, two kilometres of freeway upgrades, construction of retaining walls and bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, and urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.

Responsibilities will include:

• Reconciling progress claims received against approved dockets and/or approved purchase requisitions
• Liaising with relevant Contract Administrator where there are reconciling issues
• Manage webapp approval process for non-payment claim invoices
• Update webapp status and PO reception in SEO once approvals in Webapp are received
• Generate Purchase orders, as needed
• Ensure all Alliance safety processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Support the development and implementation of positive initiatives to enhance the working experience for the Alliance

We are looking for:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Previous experience in a similar role with any construction experience highly regarded but not required
• Demonstrated ability to be efficient, organised and show attention to detail
• High level of stakeholder engagement in a previous role.
