MACA is looking for skilled Driller Operators to join our business across multiple sites. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for operating drills safely and efficiently while supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate blast hole drills to drill holes to specified depths and patterns according to blast designs
- Conduct pre-start checks and inspect drilling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Work closely with Shotfirers and Supervisors to achieve accurate drill patterns
- Monitor ground conditions and adjust drilling techniques to suit varying terrain and rock types
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in drill and blast operations
- Experience with Sandvik D1650i, DP1500i, DR410i & CAT MD6250
- Current drilver's licence
- HR licence (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
