Due to employee pending employee leave MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our growing team here in West Perth.

MACA Interquip Mintrex is a division of MACA Ltd and is a multi-disciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering small to large scale EPC and EPCM projects for the resources sector specializing in the design and construction of mineral processing facilities for clients across Australia.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and update procurement-specific registers.
• Process requisitions to enable purchase order creation in line with company procedures.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and submit them for approval.
• Ensure invoices are receipted in Pronto prior to end-of-month deadlines.
• Support the business with procurement processes and respond to related queries.
• Provide training to staff on procure-to-pay requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferably experience in a Purchasing/Procurement role, ideally within the construction or mining industries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
• Experience with Pronto would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results focused.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
