Due to recent project awards MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors (SMP) to join our growing team with job opportunites FIFO from Perth WA working 2:1 roster.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and carry out supervision and monitoring in accordance with the requirements of awarded contracts and the associated project and safety documentation.
  • Interpret and clarify contract/ project specifications and drawings.
  • Liaise with Clients and operational groups on associated work as required.
  • Review project work and performance, providing progress reports to the Construction Manager, Project Manager, HSEQ Manager and others as directed.
  • Monitor project work disputes and negotiate satisfactory expected outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information and records of project works and safety requirements to ensure effective management.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Trade background or relevant mining and construction experience
  • Previous Supervisory Experience
  • Ability to undertake training identified as desirable below
  • Ability to read and understand isometric drawings.
  • Piping experience strongly preferred .
  • Fabrication background preferred.
  • Structural steel assembly experience preferred
  • Australian “C” class drivers licence
  • High Risk Work Licence – WP
  • OHS Construction White Card
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space
  • Section 26 (or willing to attain)
