The Role & Project
We are currently seeking experienced Shotfirers to join our high-performing teams at both Gruyere and McPhee Creek, working on an 8:6 roster. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of two well-established mining operations in Western Australia, offering long-term stable work and supportive site environments.
Gruyere is a gold operation located in the remote Goldfields, known for its consistent results and strong safety and operational standards. McPhee Creek, located in the Pilbara region, is an iron ore site that offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As part of this team, you’ll contribute to a growing operation where your skills and experience will be highly valued. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering safe and efficient blast outcomes to support production goals.
We are looking for reliable and motivated Shotfirers who are ready to hit the ground running. A strong commitment to safety, the ability to work well within a team and previous blasting experience in a mining environment are essential. In return, you'll join a company that values respect, teamwork, and long-term development.
