The Role & Project

MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Meeka Metals Gold Project located in Meekatharra at Andy Well Mine. This is an 8:6 FIFO roster position from Perth, commencing as soon as possible.

The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration, reception and support services to all site-based employees, visitors and management to ensure the site office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management with day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Work closely with Managers to ensure hours and records are kept up to date.
  • Raise purchase requisitions as required.
  • Maintain client files as required (relating to specific site access and personnel details).
  • Assisting in the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and machinery to site.
  • Schedule all travel and accommodation for site personnel.
  • Ensure site rosters and schedules are up to date.
  • Ensure that all staff records, mobilisation and site-specific documents are stored and updated on the system accurately.
  • Coordinate supplies - delivery to and from sites.
  • Other duties as directed by Project Manager

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a site-based administrative role, within the resource sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Must hold Unlimited Australian Working Rights
