The Role & Project
We have several exciting permanent, full-time opportunities for Trainer Assessors to join our business on an 8:6 FIFO roster across a range of gold and iron ore mining projects in Western Australia.
Reporting to the Alternate Project Manager, you will play a key role in upskilling our production workforce. Your focus will be on delivering safe, effective and engaging training to our operators, while ensuring compliance with both site and industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a production mining open pit environment.
- Experience with a variety of mobile equipment – Dump Trucks, Dozers, Graders and Excavators (CAT, Liebherr, Komatsu).
- Highly motivated and the ability to work independently.
- Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
- Current WA drivers' licence.
- High Risk Work Licence.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
