We are seeking a skilled and motivated Communications Advisor to help shape and share our internal and external communications. The hands-on role will cover a wide variety of channels and deal with a broad breadth of stakeholders, working within both our corporate and operational environments. It is an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator who thrives on variety, takes initiative and learns quickly as they play an important role in supporting company messaging, brand and reputation.
The position is based in Perth, working from our Welshpool and West Perth offices, with occasional site travel.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business to gather the stories, photos and film footage needed to support company messaging
- Draft and coordinate review of internal news and views; help to evolve staff comms and engagement channels
- Assist with the development and approval process for external comms, including media releases and ASX/SGX announcements
- Support management of our website and social media
- Maintain image and content libraries. Manage photography and videography briefs and shoot scheduling when required.
- Provide guidance on marketing materials and merchandise in line with our branding.
- Assist with events and promotion of our sponsorship partners
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations with a minimum two years’ experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories for different audiences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
- Understanding and experience with digital and social platforms .
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication plans.
- Experience using email marketing software and text messaging services.
