The Role

 

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time, permanent HR Services Lead to join MACA.

 

This role, based at our head office in Welshpool, is pivotal in several key areas including collection, analysis and interpretation of data, overseeing annual remuneration processes and supervision of HR Administration and Global Mobility team members.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Analyse HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and recruitment efficiency and integrate into the HR Monthly report.
  • Prepare and lodge the annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) report 
  • Create dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) 
  • Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the annual salary, wage and bonus review program.
  • Conduct BOOT testing in line with modern award requirements.
  • Supervise the 2 HR Administrators and Global Mobility Officer and play an active role in the day-to-day and process improvement aspects of their roles.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in a similar role is essential.
  • 5+ years previous experience working in a data analytics role, ideally across human resources systems and metrics.
  • Proficient in developing and managing Power BI reports.
  • Ability to present to the executive team presentation skills.
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and change management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is beneficial.
