MACA HSEQ Team located conveniently in Welshpool with onsite parking, is seeking an HSEQ Administrator / HSEQ Graduate to assist the Australia West Region. This role is Corporately based Monday to Friday, with some ad-hoc site based travel required.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve a blend of operational and administrative duties, ensuring that our HSEQ systems are running smoothly across multiple divisions such as Mining, Civil, and Interquip Mintrex
You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety across our operating divisions by providing support to the Corporate and site-based teams.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualifications and/ or be studying or completed a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Previous minimum –1-2 years’ experience in a similar HSEQ Admin role within the relevant industry sector
- Highly competent across all Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with incident management databases and any exposure to HSE systems will be highly regarded.(InControl INX, SafetyCulture & PowerBi will be highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with high level of attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills, be able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload demands.
- Ability to manage sensitive, private, and confidential information and records
- Ability to work in a close knit, dynamic team environment are all pre-requisites for this role.
