MACA Ltd is seeking a high achieving Mechanical Engineer - Graduate to join our Graduate Program for 2024 and 2025. Based in our Welshpool Office and progressing through a structured program of competencies with a view to advancing your career with MACA for many years to come.

In this role you will gain experience in;

maintenance strategies - condition monitoring - engineering reporting - reliability projects -

registerable plant - creating short term plans - forecasting and financials of long-term planning.

You will compliment this with hands-on experience in the field with service people and tradespersons.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Recent Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• High level of course marks in your degree.
• Demonstrated pro-active approach to work having pursued work, internships, work experience etc. in fields related to your degree.
• Flexibility to be able to travel if required.
• Practical approach to solving problems and personal integrity to take ownership of work assigned to you.
