The Role

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for innovation and reliability in the mining maintenance sector? Join us at our corporate office in Welshpool with onsite parking, Monday to Friday, where you'll focus primarily on mobile plant maintenance.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading reliability projects and producing reliability reports. You will engage with stakeholders and OEMs, develop and review CMMS maintenance strategies, and implement comprehensive condition monitoring programs for plant equipment - as well as create documents, processes and workflows, and mentor graduate and undergraduate engineers.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Bachelors degree or higher in mechanical engineering - or a related discipline.
• A history in reliability or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge and theory across asset management principles and standards.
• Previous experience 3-5 years’ as a reliability or mechanical engineer in an active mining environment.
