The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Recruitment team for a fixed term of 10 months. The role is based in our head office in Welshpool and operates Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage required once every four weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations to ensure they are carried out in accordance with each project's requirements.
- Review and administer the collection of documentation and cross check for compliance.
- Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to the project.
- Book pre-employment medicals for new starters.
- Book required site specific or role specific training for new starters.
- Ensure documents and data are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Book MACA Corporate inductions and issue PPE for new starters.
- Coordinate flight confirmations for new starters for initial mobilisation and answer all queries related to the site they are attending.
- Maintain new starter document files with required blank forms.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and information.
- Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation or MACA work practices.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience in a Mobilisation/onboarding role within the resources sector.
- A high level of customer service.
- Advanced level of computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
