MACA are seeking an Operational Technology Specialist to join the team on an 8/6 roster!

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Trade or technical qualification with mechanical or electrical background required. 5 years minimum industry relevant Operational Technology experience.
• Experience with the installation and management of mining OT systems, including HPGPS, Fleet Management, Collision Avoidance, Payload Management or Fatigue Monitoring.
• Relevant experience will also be accepted in lieu of qualifications (i.e. demonstrates 10+ years’ experience)
• Strong understanding of Networking principles and OT network engineering.
• Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge and theory across current industry technology trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and change management skills.
