We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Communications Advisor to help shape and share our internal and external communications. The hands-on role will cover a wide variety of channels and deal with a broad breadth of stakeholders, working within both our corporate and operational environments. It is an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator who thrives on variety, takes initiative and learns quickly as they play an important role in supporting company messaging, brand and reputation.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver site-based communications activity, taking in best-practice messaging across multiple platforms, with strong focus on a frontline audience.
- Support HR to reinforce the Employee Value Proposition, building understanding of retention and bonus schemes, development opportunities and company values.
- Support the Health and Safety team to maintain a strong safety culture, contributing to awareness of improvement campaigns and relevant KPIs.
- Contribute content to regional and Group internal and external communications platforms, including social media.
- Support the business to deliver its RAP, ensuring site-based communication commitments are met.
- Provide communications coaching and advice to site leaders as required
- Manage site and corporate film and photo shoots. Help maintain image and content libraries.
- Lead communication and support effective scheduling of site-based change management activity, working with internal stakeholders to define and deliver well-paced campaigns with clarity and consistency.
- Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, including our clients, in support of aligned goals and shared successes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Change Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years' Communication experience with 5 years' experience in a similar communication role
- Experience in managing multiple projects at once and delivering to program deadlines Experience in operational environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to craft compelling narratives for different target audiences.
- Ability to grasp technically complex topics and subject matters to produce engaging and effective communications.
- Strong digital proficiency and knowledge of key communication platforms/tools, with the ability to learn and leverage technologies for maximum communication impact. Ability to prioritise the needs of multiple stakeholders, and maintain a high-level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving.
