The Role 

 

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking experienced applicants for a Senior Contract Administrator.

 

Working in conveniently located Welshpool close to major transport links, our modern office has onsite parking and end of trip facilities.

The role is to support the Civil Project teams with administering the contracts function, inclusive of head contract and subcontract management, document and cost control and record keeping across the Civil division.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in project Commercial/Contract Administration background including:
  • provide guidance and advice on contracts and matters arising under contracts.
  • preparation of variations and claims.
  • preparation, negotiation and finalisation of subcontract terms and conditions
  • addressing, negotiating, and mitigating any contractual disputes.
  • document control experience.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification; preferably Construction Management / Economics.
