The Role
MACA Ltd is a leading contracting group providing services to the mining, infrastructure, and construction sector industries. We have a new opening for a Senior Plant Estimator to join our team in our head office, conveniently located in Welshpool, close to all major transport links.
The role will work with the larger asset management team to ensuring all tenders and associated estimates in support of tenders are undertaken with strict compliance to company procedures, protocols, capability, standards, and commercial risk assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or recognised equivalent training.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Estimating within Civil / Road Maintenance industry.
- Experience in projects over $10 million in value.
- Ability use communication skills to present tender reviews to senior executive teams.
- Advanced user skills in more than one of the major tender software platforms
- Experience in managing a small team desirable
