The Training Administrator is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and logistical support to the Training & Development Department. This role ensures the smooth coordination of training courses, management of training systems, and completion of essential administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support both team objectives and company-wide training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Training Inbox and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
 - Raise and process purchase orders for training requirements
 - Maintain employee details and training records in LAAMP, including updates and verification
 - Assist with the setup and maintenance of courses and competencies within LAAMP
 - Prepare and distribute reports as required
 - Conduct routine audits of training records to ensure accuracy and compliance
 - Provide occasional support in the design and formatting of training materials, as required
 - Travel to site locations when necessary to provide in-person administrative or training support
 - Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of training services
 - Contribute to the continuous improvement of training administration processes
 - Comply with MACA’s safety, health, environment, and fitness for work policies, as well as core values and vision
 - Provide reception coverage when required
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
 - Demonstrated experience in administration or office support
 - Experience coordinating meetings, events, or training sessions
 - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 - Previous experience in customer service
 - Aligned with MACA’s values and agreed behaviours
 - Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 - Team-oriented, collaborative, and willing to assist outside core responsibilities when required
