The Role

 

This position is responsible for creating and researching training development programs and online training for all divisions of MACA. You will be responsible for engaging with external training providers and scheduling training programs where required across the business.

This will include opportunities for site visits, to get up close and personal with the big machines we use to mine Gold, Nickel, Lithium and Iron Ore all across the state.  We are conveniently located in Welshpool with onsite parking, and you would be joining a large, fun, hard working group, who support and deliver for each other in a way that defines a high performing team.

This role is a 12 month Maximum Term contract with the potential to extend long term.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

 

  • Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of systems development life cycle
  • Administration experience
  • Working in the mining/civil industry
  • Cert IV Training/Assessment an advantage
